Yes. A non-refundable $50 XCD deposit secures your appointment slot and is applied toward your final balance on the day.
How do I pay the deposit?+
Two options: Stripe card payment (link emailed after booking) or NBD bank transfer to the account shown on the confirmation screen.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes — reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeit and a new deposit is required to rebook.
What happens if I'm late?+
A 15-minute grace window is included. Beyond that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to protect the next client's slot.
What should I bring?+
Bring your hair (if it's a wig install or sew-in), any inspiration photos, a phone charger, and a snack. Studio has water and Wi-Fi.
Do I need to wash my hair first?+
For braids and installs, arrive with hair freshly washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried. Wash service can be added — ask in the message field.
